Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-in is from 12 PM to 3 PM. Need to drop off early? No worries—we’ve got you covered for $5 per hour.
• Check-out is at 11 AM sharp. Late pick-ups may result in an extra night’s charge.
• Overnight rate: $85 per night.

Overnight Eligibility:

• Your pup must have come to our daycare at least twice to make sure they vibe with the crew.
• We only take in dogs that are social and friendly with others.

24/7 Care:

• Your furbaby will never be left alone. Whether they’re staying at our spot or with a trusted team member at their home, they’ll get 24/7 care and attention. No exceptions.

Daily Routine:

Overnight includes:
• 3 walks per day to keep them moving
• Enrichment time with games and personalized play to keep their minds sharp
• Full access to our daycare activities
• Daily updates with photos and videos so you’re always in the loop about how your pup is doing

Holiday Rate:

• During the holidays, there’s a $10 per night upcharge to cover the extra pay we provide to our hardworking staff.

Meals & Food Prep:

• Bring your pup’s food separated by day and portion size so we can keep them on track.
• Want to spoil your dog with a home-cooked meal? We’ve got you. For $10 per meal, you can choose a protein, veggie, carb, fruit, and fat, and we’ll whip up something tasty just for them.

Extra TLC:

• If your dog needs some extra snuggles, we offer one-on-one cuddle sessions for $15 per 25 minutes. Perfect for pups that need a little extra love.

Health and Safety:

• Your pup’s health is priority #1. All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and need a negative fecal test every 6 months.
• If your dog isn’t feeling well—vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, anything—please keep them home until they’re back to 100%. We need to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Emergency Protocol:

• If anything happens, we’ll hit you up immediately. Make sure all your emergency contact info is up to date.
• We have a solid relationship with a local vet for urgent situations, but feel free to provide your preferred vet’s info too.

No Toys from Home:

• Leave the toys at home—we’ve got plenty of safe and fun options for your dog during their stay.

Respectful Drop-Off & Pick-Up:

• To keep everything running smooth and safe, stick to the check-in and check-out times. Need an earlier drop-off or later pick-up? Let us know ahead of time, and we’ll do our best to work with you. Late pickups may mean extra charges.

 

Keep It Real:

• We expect full honesty about your dog’s temperament, health, and behavior. This is about making sure your pup and others have the best and safest experience.
• If your dog has quirks—separation anxiety, food aggression, medical conditions—let us know in advance. We’re here to help, but we need all the facts to make it work.
 

Safety First:

• Make sure your dog arrives on a leash or in a carrier. It’s all about safety—loose dogs can cause stress or accidents for others.
• If your dog tends to be anxious or reactive, we might require a muzzle during drop-off or pick-up for everyone’s safety.

Potty Break:

• Make sure your pup has gone to potty before they come in. We’ve got plenty of walks, but this helps reduce stress and accidents when they first arrive.

Client Responsibility & Partnership:

• We’re committed to giving top-tier care, but we need you to do your part, too. Keeping your dog healthy, following guidelines, and keeping communication open will help us provide the best experience for your pup.
• Please label all food, meds, and special items you bring, and give clear instructions if needed.
 

Cleanliness is Key:

• We keep the space clean and sanitized at all times. We ask that your pup comes in groomed and free of fleas or ticks to ensure a comfortable and healthy stay for all.

No Outside Bedding or Bowls:

• For cleanliness and safety, please don’t bring bedding or bowls from home. We provide cozy, clean beds and bowls for every pup.

Special Requests:

• Got a special request, whether it’s a specific feeding schedule, meds, or extra care? Let us know in advance so we can plan and make sure your dog gets the attention they need.
